All items are handmade
The glass we sell is hand-blown / handmade and the slight
imperfections are what makes each piece unique. It is always
important to remember when considering a purchase of hand-blown art
glass, that variation from one piece to another testifies to the
hand crafted techniques used to create them.
Returns for Refund are
available by requesting a Return Authorization number by
calling or emailing Tom Michael within 7 days of receipt of the
shipment. The UPS and USPS tracking systems are used to determine
when the merchandise was received. Returns received without and RA
number with not be accepted. Items must be repacked carefully in the
same manner as it was sent to you (insured to the
valued price) and you must initiate shipping it back to us fully
insured with 3 days of receiving the Return Authorization number.
Items received damaged due to inadequate packaging will not receive
a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Refunds
are only available to the purchaser of an item.
Damaged Items
If anything in your package arrives broken, please do
the following: Save all the packaging, including the outside carton.

or call us at 586-752-9100 to let us know what happened.
We will make the insurance claim for you and do everything we can to
replace
your piece of art glass with a similarly priced replacement. It may
be necessary for UPS or USPS to inspect your package so be sure to
save all of the packing materials so they can pick them up
A Return Authorization
number is required for all returns and may be obtained by
calling Tom Michael 586-752-9100. Returns received
without an RA number will not be accepted.
All returns must be in
original condition and packing and shipped via insured
carrier within 3 days of receipt of the RA number.
Shipping and handling
will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all
return shipment costs.
